the bureau des étudiants

Who is the BDE for?

The Bureau des Étudiants (BDE) is the name given to all the student initiatives run by CCC OD. The art centre offers training, internships, research support and occasional voluntary work to help students choose their career path.

Volunteers are students from all disciplines. Once they have become members of the BDE, they are free to sign up, according to their availability, for any of the volunteer assignments offered mainly by the Public Services Department (mediation) and the Technical Services Department (exhibition set-ups). BDE volunteers are welcomed, supervised and trained by the CCC OD teams.

Registration for the CCC OD BDE for 2023/2024 is open from 4.09 to 3.11.23 inclusive!

Documents required to become a member of the BDE (to be sent in digital format to m.rochard@cccod.fr):

– copy of an identity document

– copy of a valid school leaving certificate (2023/2024)

– a certificate of civil liability insurance

As soon as we receive these documents, we will send you the 2023/2024 BDE charter, which must be signed and returned.

curatorial training: the experimental gallery

The « Experimental Gallery » project is one of the student union’s most complete formation activites. It was born from a partnership between the CCC OD and the Université of François Rabelais in Tours. It is aimed at 3rd year students of the university.

Each year, this operation enables around ten students to organise an exhibition at the CCC OD, from conception to completion. They are supervised by an art history teacher from the University and an exhibition manager from the CCC OD.

Thanks to partnerships with training organisations, we take on trainees every year for varying lengths of time.
