Solveig Lønseth (born 1986) develops a work on perception with works that modify our visual habits as well as the way we experience the world around us. His installations are often a response to the architecture in which they fit.
It is often about light, space and literature. In particular, she created a remarkable installation in the collective exhibition «Black Mountain. An Interdisciplinary Experiment” at the Hamburger Bahnhof in Berlin in 2015, working on the luminous ceiling of the exhibition space.
Solveig Lønseth produced a work that echoes the architecture of the Aires Mateus brothers and captures the potential light that seeps into the Black Gallery.
