This summer, a pop-up café and restaurant is coming to CCC OD!
An innovative venue with a unique atmosphere, Mobydick Café offers contemporary Japanese-inspired cuisine that is refined yet accessible, urban in spirit, and committed to exceptional ingredients while showcasing the expertise of local producers.
Centered on mostly organic ingredients, Mobydick Café’s menu features simple signature dishes: onigiri and korokke sandwiches during the week, and rice burgers on weekends, complemented by a wide selection of drinks and sweet and savory snacks.
Chef and designer Yuko Toda, originally from Tokyo, has led culinary and artistic projects in Paris, Montreal, and Tours. At Mobydick Café, she presents a personal and generous culinary repertoire, designed to appeal to every palate, where her Japanese roots meet the flavors of the Loire Valley. Convinced that form and substance are inseparable, she has also conceived a carefully crafted, intimate, and aesthetically refined setting, ensuring that every visitor can find a place at the table.
